We collect only what we need to book and manage your appointments. We don’t sell your information, we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t send marketing texts.
Who we are
This website is run by Danny’s Barbershop, 522 Boundary, Perry, Oklahoma 73077 (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through the website, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect and why

We don’t take payments online, so we never collect card or bank details through the website. We don’t ask for your date of birth, address, or any government ID.
What we don't do
- We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
- We don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing or advertising.
- We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
- We don’t send marketing or promotional texts. Texts are only about your appointments.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Who can see your information
At the shop: the owner and the barber you book with can see your booking details and history. Staff who only manage photos and reviews cannot see your contact details.
The public: only reviews that staff have published, shown with your first name and last initial. Review photos stay private until the review is published.
Service providers: we use a few companies to run the website. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- Supabase: stores our database and handles sign-in.
- Vercel: hosts the website.
- Resend: sends our emails.
- Twilio: sends our text messages.
- Apple, Google, Microsoft or Mozilla push services: deliver phone alerts, only if you turn them on.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile): checks forms for spam.
- Google Maps: only if you choose to open the map on our site.
When required by law: we may disclose information if a valid legal process requires it.
How long we keep it
- Accounts: until you delete your account.
- Guest bookings: your name, phone and email are erased 24 months after your last appointment.
- Reviews: until you delete the review or your account.
- Contact form messages: deleted after 12 months.
- Records of emails and texts we sent: deleted after 90 days.
After your details are erased, we may keep an anonymous record that an appointment took place (service, date and price), for the shop’s business records.
Your choices
- See or update your details: sign in to your account.
- Delete a review: from your account page, at any time.
- Delete your account: use “Delete my account” on your account page. This erases your name, phone, email and reviews.
- Booked as a guest? Call us and we’ll delete your details.
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any text, or turn texts off in your account.
How we protect it
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Information is stored with our database provider, encrypted at rest. Access is limited by role, so each person at the shop sees only what their job needs. Staff accounts are password protected.
No system is perfectly secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Oklahoma law.
Children
This website is meant for adults. Parents or guardians may book appointments for their children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change significantly affects how we use your information, we’ll tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
