What we send

• Booking confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Changes or cancellations, including if the shop has to close
• Notices about a late cancellation or missed appointment

We never send marketing or promotional texts.

How often

Message frequency varies, usually one to four texts per appointment.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop or get help

• Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts. We’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP for help, or call (580) 572-7112.
• You can also turn texts off in your account.

Not required

Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking. You can receive your confirmation by email instead.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our privacy policy.
